Rose Cottage is a luxury 5 star self-catering holiday cottage located in the peaceful village of Hesket Newmarket nr Caldbeck in the Northern Fells of the Lake District.
With stunning views up to High Pike and Carrock Fell from the rear and over the village and surrounding countryside from the front, Rose Cottage is the perfect retreat for a break "away from it all".
The cottage dates back to circa 1770 but has been sympathetically restored in 2008. It retains many of the original property features such as exposed oak beams, stone fireplace, uneven walls, yet with all the modern luxuries you'd expect from a luxury holiday cottage. This is the perfect place to spend time in the Lake District with friends or family. We're DOG FRIENDLY too.
Relax in the comfy leather sofas in front of the roaring heat of the wonderful wood burning stove with a glass of wine.
